Controller and purpose
When enabled, the contact form can send BSKL a request about a vehicle, a service or an appointment. BSKL’s legal name is BREIZH SPARTAN KARREREZH ET LIVOUR, French business number (SIREN) 928 359 926, with a registered office shown in the public register at 14 rue des Champs, 35330 La Chapelle-Bouëxic, France.
Data and recipients
The form collects a name, a reply method, the requested service and a message. A vehicle reference and preferred date are optional. Requests are stored in the site administration and a notification is sent to the configured recipient. Access must be limited to people authorised to handle requests.
Purposes and legal bases
BSKL uses this information to receive and answer a request and, when requested by the person, prepare a possible quote, appointment or purchase. Pre-contractual steps requested by the person are the basis for quote and sales enquiries; BSKL’s legitimate interest in responding is the basis for general enquiries. The form does not subscribe anyone to marketing messages.
Hosting, notification and retention
Requests are stored in the WordPress administration hosted by Hostinger International Limited. A notification containing only a request number and an administration link is sent to BSKL’s Google-hosted mailbox; it contains neither the sender’s name or contact details nor their message. Removal of requests from the site is scheduled one year after receipt; execution depends on the WordPress scheduled task running. A separate customer file created after a request is subject to its own retention obligations.
Technical information needed to operate and secure the site may be processed by WordPress and Hostinger. Service providers may process some information outside France under their applicable policies and safeguards.
Individual rights
Individuals may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of their personal data and, where the legal basis permits, object to processing. Audience measurement and preferences
BSKL uses Google Analytics 4 only after you consent, to measure visits and clicks on phone and email links. A click does not confirm a completed call or a sent message. This feature does not send form contents, entered phone numbers or entered email addresses.
Without consent, the Analytics tag does not load and no Analytics data is sent to Google. Your choice is stored in your browser for six months. Analytics cookies expire after a maximum of six months. You can accept, decline or withdraw consent using “Privacy preferences” at the bottom of every page. Withdrawal deletes Analytics cookies accessible on this domain and stops collection when the page reloads.
If you agree, Google Ireland Limited processes visited pages, measured interactions, technical browser information and a cookie identifier.
